Welcome to the Township of Irvington Division of Purchasing. The Township of Irvington purchases all goods and services in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Local Public Contracts Law. Furthermore, it has long been the policy of the Township to require a publicly advertised, open and competitive process for the purchase of professional services, insurance, and other bid exempt services costing in excess of the bid limit.
The Division of Purchasing is committed to securing for the Township of Irvington taxpayers the benefits of unfettered competition.
