Irvington Mayor Tony Vauss announced that the Mayor’s Wellness Campaign will sponsor a Lead Poisoning Prevention and Health Awareness Fair on March 21, 2015, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm, at the Irvington Manor, 43 Washington Avenue, Irvington.
“Lead poisoning is an important issue in our town as many of the homes are older ,” said Mayor Vauss. “The Fair will be a time to gather important information on how to protect our children and to receive free giveaways. ”
There will be free lead testing and education, and nutrition, dental, blood pressure,and diabetes screening, plus much more. There will be face painting for children
